According to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner, in the passport so issued, there is a mistake in<\/p>\n<p>the birth place. According to the petitioner, seeking correction<\/p>\n<p>of the aforesaid, she has made Ext.P3, an on line application<\/p>\n<p>to the second respondent. In this writ petition, she seeks a<\/p>\n<p>direction to the second respondent to consider Ext.P3 and<\/p>\n<p>pass orders thereon, correcting the mistake in the passport.<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the standing counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent also.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    In the nature of the grievance raised, at this stage,<\/p>\n<p>what is required is to direct the second respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider Ext.P3, if such an application is received from the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.    Therefore, without expressing anything on the<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C) No.31543\/10<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>merits of the claim raised, writ petition is disposed of, directing<\/p>\n<p>the second respondent to pass orders on Ext.P3 application,<\/p>\n<p>if the same has been received and is pending.
