Out of the total amount<br \/>\ndeposited by the applicant before the Tribunal concerned in pursuance<br \/>\nof the order dated 28.12.2010, the original claimants  shall be<br \/>\npermitted to withdraw 30% of the said amount by Account Payee cheque<br \/>\nafter proper verification. The balance 70% of the amount shall be<br \/>\ninvested in the F.D.R. with a nationalized Bank on long term basis,<br \/>\nwhich shall be renewed from time to time without any further orders<br \/>\nin that regard from this Court. The interest accrued on such deposit<br \/>\nshall be paid to the original claimants. Final orders regarding<br \/>\ndisbursement shall be passed at the time of final disposal of the<br \/>\nappeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observation and direction, the application stands disposed<br \/>\nof.
