BHAVADASAN, JJ.\n            -------------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(Crl) No.131 OF 2009\n             -------------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 3rd day of April, 2009.\n\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Basheer, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>      Rajesh, the alleged detenue, appears along with his parents.<\/p>\n<p>He states before us that he would like to go with his parents.<\/p>\n<p>Respondent Nos.5 and 6 are also present. Ms.Rejeena,<\/p>\n<p>respondent No.5, has come to the court today from the hostel<\/p>\n<p>where she was accommodated for the time being pursuant to our<\/p>\n<p>direction. Respondent No.6 submits that he is prepared to take<\/p>\n<p>his daughter with him. Ms.Rejeena hands over the gold thali to<\/p>\n<p>Rajesh which was given to her by him.<\/p>\n<p>      2. In view of the above developments, no further orders<\/p>\n<p>need be passed in this writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is closed.
