RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n                     --------------------------------------\n                     W.P.(C) No. 31385 OF 2009\n                     --------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 12th day of November, 2009\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>                            ~~~~~~~~~~~~~<\/p>\n<p>      The petitioners, who retire from K.S.R.T.C., state that they are<\/p>\n<p>entitled to revised pension in terms of wage revision agreement<\/p>\n<p>dated 28.11.2008. The claim of the petitioners has to be considered<\/p>\n<p>by the competent authority in the K.S.R.T.C. and orders issued in<\/p>\n<p>accordance with law. The Managing Director of the 1st respondent<\/p>\n<p>will therefore, take up any request of the petitioners and issue<\/p>\n<p>orders within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of such request and a copy of this judgment, whichever is<\/p>\n<p>earlier and if found that the petitioners are entitled to due by their<\/p>\n<p>revised pension, the arrears will be released within a period of two<\/p>\n<p>months therefrom. All issues on merits are left open.<\/p>\n<p>      The Writ Petition is ordered accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>                                  THOTTATHIL B.
