Petitioner is in custody since 6.4.2009.<\/p>\n<p>                                    Allegation against him is that he gave dagger blow at<\/p>\n<p>                        the stomach of the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Counsel for the petitioner, referring to the impugned<\/p>\n<p>                        order, submits that there is no injury report in the case diary,<\/p>\n<p>                        rather on explanation, the IO submitted three injury reports of the<\/p>\n<p>                        informant prepared by different doctors.<\/p>\n<p>                                    In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioner as above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                        Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount<\/p>\n<p>                        each to the satisfaction of the         Additional Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                        Magistrate, Patna City in Malsalami Police Station Case No. 44 of<\/p>\n<p>                        2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                    Petitioner would not absent physically for more than<\/p>\n<p>                        two consecutive dates at a stretch, till four witnesses are examined<\/p>\n<p>                        in trial, otherwise his bail bond would be cancelled.<\/p>\n<pre>Shashi.
