Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 In a criminal prosecution for offences under Sections<\/p>\n<p>                     448, 376, 511 of the Indian Penal Code, the petitioner and his<\/p>\n<p>                     mother Sheela Devi are alleged to have entered inside the house of<\/p>\n<p>                     the informant and thereafter, there is allegation of attempting to<\/p>\n<p>                     commit rape upon the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that manner of<\/p>\n<p>                     occurrence as disclosed in the F.I.R. seems to be highly unbelievable<\/p>\n<p>                     and admittedly offence of rape has not been committed.              The<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner is in judicial custody since 05. 05. 2010.<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above<\/p>\n<p>                     named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                     Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 237\/2010, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                     the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad, subject<\/p>\n<p>                     to condition;\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                                            (a) that one of the bailors must be Govt.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                                                 servant or close family member of the<\/p>\n<p>                                                 petitioner, who will file an affidavit in<\/p>\n<p>                                                 the   court    below        showing   his\/her<\/p>\n<p>                                                 relationship with the petitioner.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<pre>           m.p.
