Learned<br \/>\nAdditional Public Prosecutor Mr. Pandya apprises the Court that the<br \/>\nsecond case is under Sections 42, 43, 45 of the Prisons Act and in<br \/>\nthat case, the convict has not obtained bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.0\tThe<br \/>\napplicant present before the Court &#8211; mother of the convict,<br \/>\nstates that the application for grant of bail in that second case is<br \/>\nunder consideration before the Court below today.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.0\tThe<br \/>\nmatter is kept tomorrow i.e. 24th June<br \/>\n2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>[<br \/>\nRavi R.
