No.              The information sought.                           The PIO replied.\n1.       After demolishing of flat on 13-12-2008, how No information is available as per record\n         much numbers of photograph.                      in this regard in the building department -\n                                                          II.\n2.       Pl. provides the authorized attested photocopies                 As per above.\n         with rubber stamp of the above photographs by\n         speed post.\n\nGrounds for the First Appeal:\nThe appellant is not satisfied with the PIO reply.\n\nOrder of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):\n\"The original application of the appellant reply given by the PIO and contents of appeal memo have\nbeen gone through. I find that the reply given by the PIO is correct. As far as photograph of the\ndemolition action, PIO is directed to provide the exact information to the appellant as sought by him,\nwithin 10 days of the issue of this order\"\n\nGround of the Second Appeal:\n     The appellant is not satisfied with the PIO reply and FAA order.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. O.
