No. 670 of 2011\n\n\n7\/10.06.2011<\/pre>\n<p>:       In this I.A., the appellant       has prayed for his release on<br \/>\n     bail during the pendency of the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Learned counsel for the appellant submitted that though his<br \/>\n     similar prayers were earlier rejected, he has remained in custody for<br \/>\n     about eight years. The appeal is not likely to be listed for hearing in<br \/>\n     near future.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Learned APP opposed the appellant&#8217;s prayer but has not<br \/>\n     disputed the aforesaid contention.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Regard being had to the long period of custody, the appellant ,<br \/>\n     above named, is directed to be released on bail, during the pendency<br \/>\n     of the appeal on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(Ten Thousand)<br \/>\n     with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of trial<br \/>\n     court\/ Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court No. 1, Chaibasa in<br \/>\n     S.T. Case No. 235 of 2003 .\n<\/p>\n<p>           I.A.
