Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :10\/12\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                  W.P.(C) No. 36886 of 2010 I\n             ```````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n          Dated this the 10th day of December, 2010\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>            Against Ext.P11 order passed by the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent exercising his powers under the Kerala Land<\/p>\n<p>Utilisation Order, petitioner has filed Ext.P12 appeal before<\/p>\n<p>the first respondent.         That appeal is pending and in the<\/p>\n<p>meanwhile, petitioner apprehends coercive action based on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P11 order. It is complaining of the above, this writ petition<\/p>\n<p>has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    Having regard to the pendency of Ext.P12 appeal<\/p>\n<p>before the first respondent, at this stage, it is only appropriate<\/p>\n<p>that the first respondent shall maintain status quo in the<\/p>\n<p>matter. Therefore, I dispose of this writ petition, directing that<\/p>\n<p>the first respondent shall consider Ext.P12 appeal with notice<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner and as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment.
