per the UGC pay scaies. One Sri I.<l.Kadaiirnatti working

 revision of pay scale on par with the State Government<\/p>\n
 .,g;rn.ploYees. It is stated that in pursuance of the orders<\/p>\n
passed in the said writ petitions, the State Government<\/p>\n
considered the request of the 3″‘ respondent University , in<\/p>\n
the matter of \ufb01xation of pay scaii on par with the<\/p>\n
employees of the State Government in thejfdiifcation<\/p>\n
Department and a communication 4_<\/p>\n
issued, granting the sanction,for_4rev’i’siori7of stale’; <\/p>\n
corresponding to the employees’ oitjthe <\/p>\n

2. The 3″‘ respondent University has filed its<\/p>\n
statement of objections stating that, since the..{\u00a7’oSre’ri’}n1\u00abent<\/p>\n
auditors had objected to the decision ofhthle:Uni_eer’sit\u00a7\u00a7”‘_,’on’ <\/p>\n
the ground that Government :~C}rder\u00abda\u00abteot  lives\u00bb it<\/p>\n
issued in favour of Mr.Morab and’VMr;–!\u00a7.adaEihjattvi and:.’noVt’to<\/p>\n
others, it has withdrawn t’t:e:’V”heneht**aVndfiiotlthlerw ordered
\nfor recovery of the”~excess'”‘a’rno1.tht._Apaidandv hence the<\/p>\n
impugned endorsements.’ arfei’hot_.c_o’etjr.ar_y to law.<\/p>\n

\nappearihg  submitted that the petitioners
\nare sinaiiarly s:iVtVoate’d’~.\u00ab’like that of the petitioners in WA’.<\/p>\n
nos..1ll:4os\/19s\u00abe, eeee 11459\/1939, and 16?08\/2004 and are<\/p>\n
‘ .VVV’entEt\u00a5.edi~-similar relief. The oniy contention of the<\/p>\n
.’.U’i*:’\u00a7ve.i’sity_ that, the Government Order dated 5.2.1997<\/p>\n
was  only in favour of Mr.Morab and Mr.Kadalimatti<\/p>\n
  ‘land not to others in view of which, it has issued Annexures<\/p>\n

4. I do not \ufb01ne any merit in the stand taken by the<\/p>\n
3″‘ respondent University. The mattei is covered by the<\/p>\n
decision of this Court passed in the case of HEMA VS.
