Bhagwan Bazar, District-Saran at Chapra. ...Petitioner.\n                                                  Versus\n                   The State Of Bihar                       ...Opp.Party.\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>03\/   24.10.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                   counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is an accused for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 498A and 406\/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as<\/p>\n<p>                   Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the<\/p>\n<p>                   husband of the complainant and has been falsely implicated by the<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant due to the instigation of ill wishers of the family,<\/p>\n<p>                   although the petitioner has committed no offence at all and has<\/p>\n<p>                   always been wiling and ready to keep the complaint as his wife.<\/p>\n<p>                                Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this<\/p>\n<p>                   petition for anticipatory bail is allowed. Petitioner, namely<\/p>\n<p>                   Mohammad Alam, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court<\/p>\n<p>                   below within fifteen days from today, shall be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000.00 (Rupees ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>                   sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M.<\/p>\n<p>                   Siwan in connection with Complaint Case No.3055 of 2010 (Trial<\/p>\n<p>                   No.3628 of 2011) subject to the conditions as laid down under<\/p>\n<p>                   Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<p>                                             (S.
