No.26501 of 2010 (K)\n             ---------------------------------\n            Dated, this the 6th day of October, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Prayer sought in the writ petition is for a direction for an<\/p>\n<p>expeditious disposal of Ext.P4, an application stated to have been<\/p>\n<p>made by the petitioner claiming the benefit of Section 7E of the<\/p>\n<p>Kerala Land Reforms Act, as amended in 2005.<\/p>\n<p>     Having regard to the case of the petitioner that Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>application is pending before the 2nd respondent, it is directed that<\/p>\n<p>the 2nd respondent shall consider Ext.P4 with notice to the parties<\/p>\n<p>concerned as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within three<\/p>\n<p>months of production of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>     This writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                  (ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE)<br \/>\njg<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court M.Radha Padmini vs State Of Kerala Rep.
