However, it is disturbing to note that Junior Engineer concerned, who has had the responsibility of technical supervision, has not been proceeded against in the matter by the police. Superintendent of Police, Kota is directed to supervise the investigation in that behalf.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tWith the above directions, this anticipatory bail application u\/S.438 Cr.P.C. is rejected.
