It is submitted that the petitioner has vacated the quarter<br \/>\n                and furnished no dues certificate, but inspite of repeated requests,<br \/>\n                his claims of retiral benefits and other dues have not been settled<br \/>\n                as yet.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        Counsel for the M.A.D.A. submitted that in the absence of<br \/>\n                the counter affidavit, he is not in a position to accept or controvert<br \/>\n                the statements made in the writ petition. However, he submitted<br \/>\n                that the matter will be looked into.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        In the circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make a<br \/>\n                fresh     representation   to the   Managing     Director    of   M.A.D.A.<br \/>\n                (respondent no. 2) raising all his claims in detail along with<br \/>\n                supporting documents, if any. The undisputed\/legally payable<br \/>\n                claims should be given to him. If any claim\/part of it is found not<br \/>\n                tenable\/payable, reasons thereof should be communicated to the<br \/>\n                petitioner. This exercise should be completed within eight weeks<br \/>\n                from the date of receipt of the representation.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merit of<br \/>\n                the claim (s) of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        With these observations and directions, this writ petition is<br \/>\n                disposed of.
