03\/      11.07.2011          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n
                      Addl. P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                  Although petitioner is languishing in jail custody since<\/p>\n
                      28.10.2010 in a case registered under sections 304B\/34, 498A, 201 of<\/p>\n
                      the IPC and 3\/ 4 of the D.P. Act but it would appear from perusal of<\/p>\n
                      the first information report as well as materials available in the case<\/p>\n
                      diary that death of the deceased took place other than normal<\/p>\n
                      circumstance at her matrimonial home and there is specific allegation<\/p>\n
                      of illegal demand as well as torture against the petitioner.<\/p>\n
                                  Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I do not<\/p>\n
                      feel it proper to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer<\/p>\n
                      for bail in connection with Dulhin Bajar P.S. Case no. 80\/2008 stands<\/p>\n
                      rejected.\n<\/p>\n
                                  It appears from perusal of the petition that the case of the<\/p>\n
                      petitioner is still pending for commitment in the court of the Addl.<\/p>\n
                      Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur. The Addl. Chief Judicial<\/p>\n
                      Magistrate, Danapur should commit the case of the petitioner to the<\/p>\n
                      court of Sessions in accordance with law within one month from the<\/p>\n
                      date of receipt of this order and after commitment, the trial court<\/p>\n
                      should expedite the trial of the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n
