Grewal, Advocate,\n            for the respondents.\n\n\nSATISH KUMAR MITTAL, J (Oral).\n\n            The petitioner, who is working on the post of L.D.C. in\n\nthe office of Punjab State Electricity Board, has filed the instant\n\npetition for quashing order dated 20.5.2008 (Annexure P-3),\n\nwhereby a recovery has been ordered against him on account of\n\nwithdrawal of annual increments due to non-passing of the\n\ntyping\/computer test.\n\n            Undisputedly,    the    petitioner     has    successfully\n\ncompleted    the computer basics course as per the document\n\nAnnexure P-2.\n\n             Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on\n Civil Writ Petition No.18957 of 2008                                -2-\n\n\nrecord a copy of the subsequent circular dated 7.7.2009 issued by\n\nthe respondent-Board, whereby another opportunity has been\n\nprovided      to   those    employees,        who    have   not    clear   the\n\ntyping\/computer test, to clear the same within six months and till\n\nthen, this has been ordered that no recovery can be effected from\n\nthem.\n\n               In view of above, learned counsel for the respondents\n\nstates      that   since   the   petitioner    has   already      passed   the\n\ntyping\/computer test, no recovery can be effected from him and the\n\nsame will not be recovered from him in future also.\n\n               In view the said statement made by counsel for the\n\nrespondents, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this\n\npetition.\n\n               Dismissed as not pressed.\n\n\n\n20th October, 2009.
