Mr.Parmar,
\n\tlearned Counsel states that the petitioners are ready to pay the
\n\tcost for compensating the delay and default in not remaining present
\n\tand he states that the petitioners are also ready to deposit
\n\tRs.5,000\/- towards probable cost of the respondents.\n<\/p>\n
Hence,
\n\tnotice returnable on 15.10.2010.  The petitioners shall deposit the
\n\tprobable cost of Rs.5,000\/- on or before 11.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n
It
\n\tis further observed that this Court may be required to examine the
\n\tmerits of the main matter at the time of restoration of the main
\n\tSpecial Civil Application.  However, as per the present roster, the
\n\tsaid business is not assigned to this Court.  Therefore, office to
\n\tplace the matter, after obtaining appropriate orders from the
\n\tHon’ble the Chief Justice, on administrative side and the
\n\tmatter may be placed before the Bench, as may be ordered by the
\n\tHon’ble the Chief Justice.\n<\/p>\n
