Respondents.\n\n\n\nPrayer: This petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to recover the award amount and disburse the same to the petitioner as per G.O.(D) No.1368, dated 29.10.2004, from the President, Paraythangal Panchayat, Sathampadi Post, Gingee Taluk, Villupuram District. \n\n\n\t\tFor Petitioner\t  : Mr.K.Vasudevan\n\n\t\tFor Respondents   : Ms.G.Sankaran (R2)\n\nO R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>\tToday, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner had sought the permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
