It is seen that as per the said order the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent has interfered with the order passed by the second<\/p>\n<p>petitioner under Section 45B of the Kerala Stamp Act.          The<\/p>\n<p>remedy open to the first respondent-complainant is to pursue the<\/p>\n<p>matter before the District Court and the second respondent has<\/p>\n<p>no jurisdiction to interfere in the matter.
