No.35625 of 2010\n                                       SATENDRA RAM\n                                              Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/    29.09.2010          Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                    P.P. for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Petitioner is husband of the informant and as per<\/p>\n<p>                    prosecution case, the marriage of the petitioner had taken place eight<\/p>\n<p>                    years ago. Subsequently, he solemnized second marriage with another<\/p>\n<p>                    woman and started torturing the informant in both ways mentally and<\/p>\n<p>                    physically.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               It would appear from the impugned order that the court<\/p>\n<p>                    below had sent notice to the informant for reconciliation but the<\/p>\n<p>                    informant did not turn up before the learned court below.<\/p>\n<p>                               In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>                    directed to be released on bail in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case<\/p>\n<p>                    no. 123 of 2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000-\/ with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                    Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The learned court below shall explore the possibility of<\/p>\n<p>                    reconciliation and if within three months from the date of appearance<\/p>\n<p>                    of the informant, the aforesaid possibility does not bring any result on<\/p>\n<p>                    account of non-cooperation of the petitioner, the learned court below<\/p>\n<p>                    shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<pre>      shahid                                                 (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J))\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Satendra Ram vs The State Of Bihar on 29 September, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
