However, for the monitory benefits, the negotiations are<br \/>\ngoing on between the petitioner &#8211; Union and the Municipality<br \/>\nand the proceedings are also initiated before the Labour Court. Under<br \/>\nthe circumstances, learned Counsel for the petitioner does not press<br \/>\nthe present petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tPermission,<br \/>\nas prayed for, is granted.  Disposed of as not pressed.  Rule is<br \/>\ndischarged.
