No.917 of 2010<br \/>\n                          Admit to be heard with LPA. Nos. 876 &amp; 877<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     I.A. No.5052 of 2010<br \/>\n                     This application has been        made by the<br \/>\n         appellants for interim relief pending the Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>                     On the facts and in the circumstances of the<br \/>\n         case, stay pending the Appeal is refused on condition<br \/>\n         that the respondents &#8211; land owners will maintain status<br \/>\n         quo as to the      possession and user       of the land in<br \/>\n         question.
