owner\/appelianpt to   awarded.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
2. The the father of the
\ndeceased  compensation on
\naccount    son in the motor vehicle<\/p>\n
accident.’ the claimant that the deceased<\/p>\n

   in the course of employment wherein<\/p>\n
accident occurred due to the negligence on<\/p>\n
 the part\u00ab:’of the driver of the tempo which dashed against<\/p>\n
it-..3;n0ther truck bearing No.CDT–7646 on NH17. Due to<\/p>\n
it    impact, the deceased Hanamant succumbed to the<\/p>\n

injuries and therefore, claim petition was \ufb01led  the<\/p>\n
father of the deceased claiming compensation<\/p>\n
contending that the deceased was <\/p>\n
workman with the owner of the..vehicIe.’_in’V\u00a7u.–estionj’garl.duit<\/p>\n
due to the negligence of the driver  the  <\/p>\n
deceased died and accordingly, lhfiied’ ‘”u:nder”l<\/p>\n

5. The learned counsel appearing for the 15$<\/p>\n
respondent\/owner submitted that as per the evidence<\/p>\n
let in and available on record, the father of  H<\/p>\n
has specifically stated that the deceased.wasf.vorking  ~ V. <\/p>\n
