Justice M.C.HARI RANI\n\n Dated :01\/11\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n               K.M.JOSEPH &amp; M.C.HARI RANI, JJ.\n         ------------------------------------------------------\n                 W.P.(C) No.32757 of 2010-T\n            ----------------------------------------------\n          Dated, this the Ist day of November, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>K.M.Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Petitioner has approached this Court complaining<\/p>\n<p>of harassment and seeks the following directions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>      &#8220;i. to issue a writ of mandamus to the respondents 2<\/p>\n<p>      and 3 commanding them not to unnecessarily interfere<\/p>\n<p>      with the peaceful living of the petitioner and her family<\/p>\n<p>      and cause harassment to them.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>      ii. to issue further writ of mandamus to the<\/p>\n<p>      respondents 1 and 2 to conduct an enquiry relating to<\/p>\n<p>      the contents in Exts.P1 and P2 and dispose of the same<\/p>\n<p>      after affording an opportunity to the petitioner of being<\/p>\n<p>      heard and take appropriate action against the persons<\/p>\n<p>      behind the harassment forthwith.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>would submit that there was mass petition against the brother<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner that he is harassing the unmarried daughters<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner and illegally detained them. The matter was<\/p>\n<p>enquired into. The daughters of the petitioners have said that<\/p>\n<p>they have no complaint against their uncle.
