Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :01\/01\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                          ---------------------------\n                       W.P.(C) No. 38284 of 2008\n                    ---------------------------------------\n                  Dated this the 1st day of January, 2009\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The petitioner had participated in the Revenue District<\/p>\n<p>Competition of Kerala School Kalotsavam, Mavelikara. His item was<\/p>\n<p>Kathakalisangeetham. He was granted second price with A grade.<\/p>\n<p>Appeal filed by the petitioner was rejected vide Exhibit P8. Counsel<\/p>\n<p>points out that the mike system provided was defective and according<\/p>\n<p>to him that was the reason for the petitioner&#8217;s inferior performance. In<\/p>\n<p>the appeal, the appeal committee rejected the above allegation raised by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner. That apart, the learned Government pleader points out<\/p>\n<p>that there was no report to that effect from the stage manager. It is<\/p>\n<p>also stated that there is a difference of 15 marks between the first prize<\/p>\n<p>winner and the petitioner.
