KHUSRUPUR, DISTRICT-PATNA.\n                                           --PETITIONER\n                                      Versus\n                      THE STATE OF BIHAR   --OPP.PARTY\n\n2   13.08.2010<\/pre>\n<p>                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner seeking<\/p>\n<p>                 extension of period of surrender of the petitioner before the<\/p>\n<p>                 court below in the light of observation made vide order dated<\/p>\n<p>                 18.5.2010 passed in Cr.Misc. no. 15095 of 2010.
