NO. 20365 OF 2008 Y\n                  --------------------------------------\n                  Dated this the 10th July, 2008\n\n                            JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner has approached this Court seeking to quash<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P2 Notice and also for a mandamus to release the vehicle<\/p>\n<p>bearing registration No. KL-05\/S-4492 seized and detained by<\/p>\n<p>the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader.           Learned Government Pleader<\/p>\n<p>submits that as the petitioner has expressed his willingness to<\/p>\n<p>pay the sum of Rs.59,050\/= vide Ext.P4, there is objection in<\/p>\n<p>releasing the vehicle. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed<\/p>\n<p>of directing that upon the petitioner paying the amount of<\/p>\n<p>Rs.59,050\/=, the vehicle bearing registration No. KL-05\/S-4492<\/p>\n<p>will be released to the petitioner forthwith.<\/p>\n<pre>\n\n\n                                                 Sd\/=\n                                          K.
