It is also very clear from t hat<br \/>\n\tprevious claim petition, that the petitioner has been awarded<br \/>\n\tRs.750\/- as total compensation from the opponent and that the<br \/>\n\tjudgment has been paassed on 19-6-90 by this Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<p>7)\tOnce<br \/>\n\tthe petitioner had preferred that previous claim petition No.108\/87<br \/>\n\tin respect of the same accident, he cannot file a subsequent<br \/>\n\tpetition claiming compensation again from the opponent-corporation<br \/>\n\tin respect of the same incident.  He cannot get double compensation<br \/>\n\tin respect of the single accident, however, it appears that, by<br \/>\n\tsuppressing the real fact that he had preferred previous claim<br \/>\n\tpetition No.108\/87 to get compensation from the opponent in respect<br \/>\n\tof this accident, he has preferred this another petition to get<br \/>\n\tcompensation from the opponent-Corporation.\n<\/p>\n<p>In<br \/>\n\tview of the aforesaid circumstances, I am in complete agreement with<br \/>\n\tthe findings of the learned Tribunal.   No case is made out by the<br \/>\n\tappellant.
