It    has      been     noticed    that      on    3rd<\/p>\n<p>                  September,2010        and     6th        September,2010,        the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner     had    not     appeared.        In   this       case,<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner    is     appearing      in    person.
