\tThe
\npresent First Appeal under Section 96 of the Code of Civil Procedure
\nhas been preferred by the appellants-original defendants challenging
\nthe impugned judgment and decree passed by the learned Judge, City
\nCivil Court at Ahmedabad dated 15\/11\/1983 in Civil Suit No. 128\/1982
\nby which the learned trial Court has decreed the suit directing the
\nappellants -original defendants to pay a total sum of Rs. 9,150\/- to
\nthe plaintiffs towards the damages caused to the plaintiffs due to
\nthe defect in poultry feeds supplied by appellant no. 2-original
\ndefendant no. 2.  Considering the smallness of the amount involved in
\nthe First Appeal, without further entering into the merits of the
\ncase, the present First Appeal is dismissed.  No cost.\n<\/p>\n
