RAMKUMAR, J.\n                 .........................................\n                        B.A. No.5103 of 2010\n                ..........................................\n                           Date: 06.09.2010\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>      Petitioners who are accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.939\/2010<br \/>\nof Kunnamkulam Police Station for an offence punishable under<br \/>\nSection 498A I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    The learned Public Prosecutor opposed the application.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.     Anticipatory bail cannot be granted in a case of this<br \/>\nnature.   But at the same time,          I am inclined to permit the<br \/>\npetitioners to surrender before the Investigating Officer for the<br \/>\npurpose of interrogation and then to have their application for bail<br \/>\nconsidered by the Magistrate having jurisdiction.        Accordingly, the<br \/>\npetitioners shall surrender before the investigating officer on<br \/>\n17.9.2010 or on 18.09.2010 for the purpose of interrogation and<br \/>\nrecovery of incriminating material, if any.
