JUSTICE R.M.DOSHIT)<\/p>\n<p>\tADMIT.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned APP Ms.Raval appears for and waives service of notice of<br \/>\nadmission on behalf of the respondents nos.6,7 and 8.\n<\/p>\n<p> Criminal<br \/>\nMisc. Application No.7127 of 2007<\/p>\n<p>\tDraft<br \/>\namendment is allowed. The amendment shall be carried out forthwith.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\napplicants-appellants seek stay of the direction issued by the<br \/>\nlearned Single Judge to register an F.I.R. in connection with the<br \/>\ncomplaint lodged by the respondents nos.1 to 3, the writ petitioners,<br \/>\nin respect of the custodial death of one Rasiklal Motilal Jaishwal,<br \/>\nthe husband of the respondent no.1 and the father of the respondents<br \/>\nnos.2 and 3, a detenue under PASA. The learned Single Judge has also<br \/>\ndirected to make investigation in respect of such F.I.R.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis now brought on record that pursuant to the directions issued by<br \/>\nthe learned Single Judge, an F.I.R. being I CR No.395\/2007 has been<br \/>\nregistered with Makarpura Police Station, Vadodara city. The stay<br \/>\nprayed for pending the Appeal is refused. The investigation as<br \/>\nordered by the learned Single Judge, if not completed by now, be<br \/>\ncompleted at an early date. The police report be placed on the record<br \/>\nof the present Appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSubject<br \/>\nto the above directions, the Criminal Misc.
