Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :27\/05\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                      V.GIRI, J\n                    -------------------\n                W.P.(C).14571\/2009\n                    --------------------\n       Dated this the 27th day of May, 2009\n\n                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Petitioner, who is a final semester B.Tech<\/p>\n<p>Degree course, is dissatisfied with          the marks<\/p>\n<p>obtained in two papers in the 4th and 6th Semester<\/p>\n<p>supplementary Examinations, conducted during the<\/p>\n<p>month    of  December         2007      and June 2008<\/p>\n<p>respectively, he had applied for revaluation. He is<\/p>\n<p>aggrieved that the result of the revaluation has not<\/p>\n<p>been published so far.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.   I heard learned standing counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>University also. There is no justification for the<\/p>\n<p>delay in the publication of results of revaluation in<\/p>\n<p>respect of the B.Tech supplementary Examination.<\/p>\n<p>His application for revaluation is pending before the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.
