Thus, in view of the statement<br \/>\nmade by the learned counsel for the respective parties,  the<br \/>\ngrievances of the petitioner will now not survive. Hence the<br \/>\npetitions stand disposed of. Rule is discharged. Interim relief if<br \/>\nany, stands vacated.
