Case   No.<\/p>\n<p>                   59\/2011, pending in the court of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                   Magistrate, Aurangabad, are named accused in this<\/p>\n<p>                   case of assault and abuse.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              This case appears squarely covered under<\/p>\n<p>                   the decision of Apex Court in a case Jorgia Pentiah<\/p>\n<p>                   Vs.
