2      22.02.2011                   In the present cases, the two petitioners are in custody in<\/p>\n
                    relation to Jehanabad Police Station Case No 602 of 2010 for offence<\/p>\n
                    under the provisions of the Arms Act.          It is alleged that police, on<\/p>\n
                    information, raided a premises in which from a room occupied by one<\/p>\n
                    Vidyanand Singh, arms were recovered and these two petitioners<\/p>\n
                    managed to escape. They have since surrendered to custody and charges<\/p>\n
                    have already been filed.\n<\/p>\n
                                    In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain this<\/p>\n
                    application at this stage. Prayer of petitioners for bail is rejected.<\/p>\n
                                    However, once charges are framed, petitioners would be at<\/p>\n
                    liberty to renew their prayer for bail before the trial Court.<\/p>\n
