Civil<br \/>\nApplication (Stamp) No.6410 of 1992 seeking leave to prosecute the<br \/>\nAppeal as an indigent person.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAny<br \/>\naction with regard to the said Misc. Civil Application (Stamp)<br \/>\nNo.6410 of 1992 seeking leave to prosecute the Appeal as an indigent<br \/>\nperson, has not been taken by the applicant since the date on which<br \/>\nthe application was filed and the registration of the application has<br \/>\ncontinued with Stamp number and the application has remained pending<br \/>\nand idle since the date of filing. The applicant has not taken any<br \/>\naction with regard to the First Appeal also though it appears to have<br \/>\nbeen filed some where in March, 1992 and the registration of the<br \/>\nAppeal has also remained with Stamp number.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSo<br \/>\nfar as Civil Application No.2038 of 1993 is concerned, as noted<br \/>\nabove, the application has been preferred seeking condonation of<br \/>\ndelay caused in filing the Appeal. The applicant has not even cared<br \/>\nto fill up the space which is left blank and the number of days by<br \/>\nwhich filing of the Appeal has been delayed, has not been filled-up.<br \/>\nBy order dated 30th August, 1994, the Court had issued<br \/>\nRule in the application, but thereafter, any steps, including the<br \/>\nstep to serve the process, do not appear to have been taken. On 30th<br \/>\nSeptember, 1994, the Court had passed below mentioned order.\n<\/p>\n<p> The<br \/>\napplicant-appellant is directed to file copy of the judgment. Only<br \/>\nafter the aforesaid direction is complied with, the application shall<br \/>\nbe placed on Board before the Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tSince<br \/>\nthen, any action by the appellant has not been taken with regard to<br \/>\npresent application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tConsequently,<br \/>\nthe delay caused in filing the Appeal has not been condoned until<br \/>\nnow. The Appeal has also remained unprosecuted. The application<br \/>\nseeking leave to prosecute the Appeal as an indigent person also has<br \/>\nnot been granted. In such circumstances, the cause for prosecuting<br \/>\nthe Civil Application No.2038 of 1993 has been lost.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tToday<br \/>\nwhen the application is taken up, learned advocate for the applicant<br \/>\nis not present. Any purpose of entertaining any of the Civil<br \/>\nApplications, at this stage and after so many years, would not be<br \/>\nserved. The Civil Application No.2038 of 1993 and Misc.
