Advocate\n\nHon'ble Mrs. Poonam Srivastava,J.\n<\/pre>\n<p>Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned AGA for the<br \/>\nState.\n<\/p>\n<p>It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicants that<br \/>\nthe applicants are in jail since 23.4.2010 in connection with an<br \/>\noffence under section 406 and 411 IPC. The recovery of 630<br \/>\ngrams of silver has been shown from the possession of co-accused<br \/>\nBoby Verma who has been allowed bail by this Court in Crl. Misc.<br \/>\nBail Appliction No. 247 of 2010 vide order dated 6.1.2010.
