 ivemployee ofrespondent-company. The said Jayaraj<\/p>\n
   to one Alphonse Theresa, but however,<\/p>\n
  no issues. He died on 25.01.2007. The ease<\/p>\n
  petitioner is that durm’ g his life time, the said Q<\/p>\n

the petitioner and she is entitled to get the

Seetian 276 of the Indian Succession Act was allowed.
\nThe Probate of the Will dated 15.12.2006 in favour of
\nthe petitioner was aiee issued subject to a condition_:”e._V_<\/p>\n
that she shall execute an Indemnity bond with surety’ E  <\/p>\n
that effect. The petitioner claims  nshehijjjiaie  ii  <\/p>\n
withdrawn certain amount, which
\nSyndicaiae Bank, Mysore Road Bxfaiichwiionii the  <\/p>\n
the said Probate. She also made
\nrespondent for release  _a;i;:ioi1nt. But
\nhowever, an   ‘H’<\/p>\n
stating th\u00e9zjc thexV’e*’.ia:”no’vV_i33peeific direction in the
\npmoeedings foi–‘i’elea_  ‘ amount. Hence, this<\/p>\n
pet;ition.,,  ‘V <\/p>\n

  for  jietitioner submits that having regard<\/p>\n
– \u00bb   granted by the Court under the Indian<\/p>\n

5. Mr.T.Rajaram, learned counsel appearing for
\nthe respondent submits that since Smt. Alphon\ufb01~::e
\nTheresa continued to be the Wife of the
\ninasmuch during his lifetime there were  <\/p>\n
proceedings, the endorsement issued’Ji’s’jus1\ufb01ficd\u00bb;’   <\/p>\n

  Jayaraj. It is also noticed that the total sum<\/p>\n
 payable to the deceased employee was RS.11,70,018l’.\ufb02
