The accused petitioner objected\n\n  'for the\"'*4\u00absa1:2jie  that the land belongs to him and as such\n\n cotnplainant and his son returned back to his house. On\n\n   'veryflay at about 10 pm. when the complainant was near\n\n \n\n\n\nStation, Davangere on 12-5-2008. As such initiaily the case\nwhich was registered for an oifence pimishabie Section\n323 IPC r\/W Sec\ufb01on 34 {PC was   o\ufb01ences\npunishable under Sections 504,   . it \n2. A reading of the complaiIiAt'ai1dl. melisiatemenfiorinaesn\nreveal that the accused been   \ufb02\u00a7hOUS\u20ac of the\ncomplainant to   hard  ploughed the\ndisputed land which the  were claiming to be\nbelonging to    was near his house\nstarted   of Mahabaleshwarappa\nand on   Basavaraj who intervened\nand questioned'  The accused persons did\n\nnot hams  ldolvwith Basavaraj. A quarrel erupted\n\n eiiidllleccused persons and in the quarrel they\n\n :'f'or.' punishable under Section 323 IPC. The injured\n\nit   died after 6 days after the incident in question.
