                  IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                            CWJC No.2546 of 2011\n                                 Suman Devi\n                                   Versus\n                          The State Of Bihar & Ors\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n
2     1.7.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n
                                 The petitioner who was earlier selected on the post<\/p>\n
                 of Anganbari Sevika came to be removed on the order of District<\/p>\n
                 Magistrate, Madhubani. That order was passed on 16.10.2010. It<\/p>\n
                 seems that the earlier decision became a subject matter of<\/p>\n
                 adjudication before the Divisional Commissioner and on remand a<\/p>\n
                 fresh order dated 13.3.2010 was passed by the District Magistrate.<\/p>\n
                 Appeal of the petitioner which was Misc. Case No. 7 of 2010-11 is<\/p>\n
                 pending before the Divisional Commissioner since 1.6.2010. In<\/p>\n
                 the meantime in January, 2011 an advertisement has been issued<\/p>\n
                 to fill up the post as would be evident from perusal of Annexure-8.<\/p>\n
                                 In the opinion of the Court an early decision on the<\/p>\n
                 appeal of the petitioner is required. In case she succeeds there<\/p>\n
                 could be a problem if the post is filled up. Therefore a direction is<\/p>\n
                 hereby issued upon the Divisional Commissioner, Darbhanga to<\/p>\n
                 dispose of the appeal of the petitioner within four weeks from the<\/p>\n
                 date of production or communication of a copy of this order<\/p>\n
                                 This writ application is disposed of with the above<\/p>\n
                 direction.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
