Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :19\/10\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                 ANTONY DOMINIC, J\n                         -------------------\n            W.P.(C)s.27079\/2007 &amp; 13397\/2007\n                        --------------------\n          Dated this the 19th day of October, 2007\n\n                        JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The grievance of the writ petitioners is in<\/p>\n<p>relation to the seniority list of Electricity Worker\/Mazdoor<\/p>\n<p>which is marked as Ext.P4 in W.P.(C).27079\/2007.<\/p>\n<p>According to the learned counsel, the seniority list is<\/p>\n<p>maintained in such a way that a senior in the District wise<\/p>\n<p>list, on promotion, will become junior in the State wise list.<\/p>\n<p>Since it is the accepted position that State wise seniority<\/p>\n<p>list is  prepared   and maintained on the basis of the<\/p>\n<p>judgment of this Court in W.A.2617\/1998 (Ext.P6),<\/p>\n<p>complaint raised by the petitioners cannot be accepted.<\/p>\n<p>In view of this, I see no justification to entertain these<\/p>\n<p>writ petitions.\n<\/p>\n<p>           Both the writ petitions are dismissed.<\/p>\n<p>                              ANTONY DOMINIC<br \/>\n                                            Judge<\/p>\n<p>mrcs<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Abraham K.P vs Kerala State Electricity Board on 19 October, 2007 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM WP(C) No. 27079 of 2007(W) 1.
