Respondents\/ Respondents\n                                        --------\n<\/pre>\n<p>5   7.7.2011             Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         It may be true that petitioner did not know<\/p>\n<p>               that 1.8 acres of land belonging to his great grandfather<\/p>\n<p>               was acquired for the Railways in the year 1952 but his<\/p>\n<p>               action in challenging the legality of an acquisition<\/p>\n<p>               made in the year 1952 through a writ petition filed in<\/p>\n<p>               the year 2008 on the ground that paper publication may<\/p>\n<p>               not have been done properly is too much a belated<\/p>\n<p>               challenge and the Writ Court rightly dismissed the writ<\/p>\n<p>               petition. It is admitted that the Railways have utilized<\/p>\n<p>               the land by making constructions as per their need.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                   -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              We are not persuaded to interfere in the<\/p>\n<p>     matter.
