HASAM\n                                          Versus\n                                THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   14.02.2011             The      petitioner   being   husband   is<\/p>\n<p>                 apprehending his arrest in a case registered<\/p>\n<p>                 under Sections 498A and 4 of the Dowry<\/p>\n<p>                 Prohibition Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The marriage was performed 5 years<\/p>\n<p>                 ago. It is submitted that petitioner is ready to<\/p>\n<p>                 keep his wife with full dignity and honour.<\/p>\n<p>                           Let the complainant be added as O.P.<\/p>\n<p>                 No.2.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Issue notice to O.P. No. 2 under<\/p>\n<p>                 ordinary process as well as under registered<\/p>\n<p>                 cover with A.D for which requisites etc. must be<\/p>\n<p>                 filed within two weeks.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Let the ordinary process of notice be<\/p>\n<p>                 served on the O.P. No. 2 through his lawyer<\/p>\n<p>                 before learned Court below through the office of<\/p>\n<p>                 the learned S.D.J.M., Saharsa.<\/p>\n<p>                           Put up this case on 11th of May, 2011<\/p>\n<p>                 in the chambers, on that day it is expected that<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           petitioner and O.P.
