Sinha,<\/p>\n<p>                    learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    Smt. Nutan Sahah, learned A.C. to S.C.1,<\/p>\n<p>                    who appears on behalf of respondent no.1<\/p>\n<p>                    and newly added respondent no.5 and Shri<\/p>\n<p>                    Ravindra Kumar Priyadarshi, learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>                    appearing on behalf of respondent nos.2, 3<\/p>\n<p>                    and 4\/Gaya Municipal Corporation.<\/p>\n<p>                              The     petitioner,       who    retired   as<\/p>\n<p>                    Junior     Engineer       from      Gaya     Municipal<\/p>\n<p>                    Corporation with effect from 31.3.2010, has<\/p>\n<p>                    prayed    for   directing     the    respondents     for<\/p>\n<p>                    payment    of     all   the   retiral      dues   which<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>include fixation of pension. It has been<\/p>\n<p>submitted       by    Shri      Bakhshi        S.R.P.      Sinha,<\/p>\n<p>learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>that    despite           the     fact    that       petitioner<\/p>\n<p>retired     one       year      back,       but     till    date,<\/p>\n<p>nothing has been paid to him. Even he has<\/p>\n<p>not    received       amount       of    G.P.F.      and   Group<\/p>\n<p>Insurance.\n<\/p>\n<pre>          It      was        further         submitted       that\n\npetitioner      has        also      filed     representation\n\n<\/pre>\n<p>before respondent no.3, but no decision has<\/p>\n<p>been taken till date.\n<\/p>\n<p>          In         view       of       the       facts      and<\/p>\n<p>circumstances, particularly the fact that<\/p>\n<p>petitioner           retired         with         effect     from<\/p>\n<p>31.3.2010, the court is of the opinion that<\/p>\n<p>writ petition can be disposed of granting<\/p>\n<p>liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh<\/p>\n<p>representation              before        respondent         no.3<\/p>\n<p>within a period of six weeks from today. If<\/p>\n<p>such    representation            is     filed,      respondent<\/p>\n<p>no.3 is required to examine the same and<\/p>\n<p>pass appropriate order in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>law redressing all the grievances of the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner within a period of three months<\/p>\n<p>form      the        date       of       filing       of    such<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            3<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        representation.         The   respondent    no.3   is<\/p>\n<p>        further directed to make payment of all the<\/p>\n<p>        admitted dues within aforesaid time. Even<\/p>\n<p>        in   case    of    refusal,    respondent   no.3   is<\/p>\n<p>        directed to pass a speaking order within a<\/p>\n<p>        period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>        filing of such representation.<\/p>\n<p>                    With    aforesaid     observation      and<\/p>\n<p>        direction, the petition stands disposed of.<\/p>\n<pre>N.H.\/                          ( Rakesh Kumar,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
