Basically<br \/>\nthe Appellant has a grievance that a drain has been blocked in front of his house. He has<br \/>\nbeen filing various Right to Information Applications trying to get proof of this and he<br \/>\nalleges that there has been negligence on the side of the public authorities. It would be<br \/>\nfruitful if he did an inspection of files relating to the works in his street at the Sanitation<br \/>\nand Engineering Departments.
