The details of the<\/p>\n<p>               selections are contained in annexure-6.<\/p>\n<p>                           Independent of the complaint of the petitioner the<\/p>\n<p>               Panchayat authority have also raised a grievance on this count which<\/p>\n<p>               would be evident from annexure- 5 series. But the reason for the<\/p>\n<p>               petitioner to approach the High Court is inaction on the part of the<\/p>\n<p>               District Magistrate who has been saddled with the responsibility to<\/p>\n<p>               decide such issue under the guidelines issued by the State<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      Government in the matter of such selection.<\/p>\n<p>                   Since the District Magistrate is the authority as well as<\/p>\n<p>      better placed to appreciate such issue after verifying the records and<\/p>\n<p>      enquiring into the matter at his level, this writ application is disposed<\/p>\n<p>      of with a direction upon the District Magistrate that he will decide the<\/p>\n<p>      issue within a period of three months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>      communication\/production of a copy of this order.<\/p>\n<p>                   This writ application is disposed of with the above<\/p>\n<p>      direction.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J.)<br \/>\nRPS\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211;
