Petitioner is the second<\/p>\n<p>accused in crime No.212\/2009 of Hosdurg Police Station<\/p>\n<p>alleging commission of offences punishable under Sections<\/p>\n<p>143, 147, 148, 341, 324, 308 read with 149 of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n<p>Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2. In connection with the above crime, the petitioner was<\/p>\n<p>arrested on 10.04.2009 and since then, he has been in judicial<\/p>\n<p>custody.\n<\/p>\n<p>     3. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>and also the learned Public Prosecutor.<\/p>\n<p>     4. Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner and the progress of the investigation in<\/p>\n<p>respect of the said crime, I think the petitioner can be granted<\/p>\n<p>bail subject to the stringent conditions. Accordingly, this<\/p>\n<p>application is allowed on the following conditions :<\/p>\n<p>B.A.No.2237 of 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        i) Petitioner shall be released on bail on his<\/p>\n<p>            executing a bond for Rs.50,000\/- with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>            sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>            of the Judicial First Class Magistrate Court-I,<\/p>\n<p>            Hosdurg.\n<\/p>\n<p>       ii) Petitioner shall report before the investigating<\/p>\n<p>            officer once in a week that is, on every Saturday<\/p>\n<p>            between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. till the final report<\/p>\n<p>            is laid.\n<\/p>\n<p>       iii) Petitioner shall not tamper with or attempt to<\/p>\n<p>            tamper with evidence or intimidate or influence<\/p>\n<p>            or attempt to intimidate or influence the<\/p>\n<p>            witnesses.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                         C.T.RAVIKUMAR<br \/>\n                                               JUDGE<\/p>\n<p>pac<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Jasar.S.C vs State Of Kerala Represented By The on 5 May, 2009 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM Bail Appl..No. 2237 of 2009() 1.
