SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                  ------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) No.22380 OF 2010\n                  -------------------------------\n             Dated this the 19th day of July, 2010\n\n                       J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Against the action of respondents 3 and 4 in converting land<\/p>\n<p>in violation of the Kerala Conservation of Paddy Land and Wet<\/p>\n<p>Land Act, the petitioner has filed Ext.P5 petition before the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent.     The petitioner seeks a direction to the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously.\n<\/p>\n<p>     2.    I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. In<\/p>\n<p>the nature of the order I propose to pass I do not think it<\/p>\n<p>necessary to issue notice to respondents 3 and 4 at this juncture.<\/p>\n<p>     Having heard the learned Government Pleader, I dispose of<\/p>\n<p>this writ petition with a direction to the second respondent to<\/p>\n<p>consider and pass orders on Ext.P5, after affording an<\/p>\n<p>opportunity of being heard to the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(c)No.22380\/10            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>respondents 3 and 4 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 S.
